'The Brenda' for 2024 goes to Lara Wilson.
The Brenda Smith Achievement Award is given to a member of the chorus who not only uphold the chorus value but goes above and beyond, pursuing musical excellence and contributing to the chorus in many other ways.
Lara was nominated by chorus members as the winner this year for excelling in all areas of chorus life. Lara is our Visual Team Leader and has worked tirelessly to build a safe space for members to become confident and entertaining performers. She has improved her vocal and performance skills this year and is known for being approachable and empathetic.
